Most orders are despatched within 24 hours and are normally delivered by An Post or Fastway Couriers within 2-3 working days (Ireland only – see table above for other estimated delivery times and charges). For cheque orders, please allow 7 working days to allow for bank clearance.

1. We can take Visa, Mastercard or Laser payments through our secure credit card processing system hosted by Realex Payments in conjunction with AIB Merchant Services.
2. We can take Visa, Mastercard or Laser payments over the phone. Our customer service number is +353-1-8405116 and we'll be delighted to take your order.
3. You can post us a cheque or postal order with details of what you would like to order.
4. We can also take payments through Paypal at checkout.
Returns Policy
1. Refund: Unused, unwashed products in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that all original tags are left on garments. We offer a no-quibble returns policy.
2. Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. Sorry, but we cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our P+P back out to you is free.
3. Be sure to include your name, order number with your return or exchange for prompt processing.
4. In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacture of your product we will replace the item or reimburse you in full, including return carriage without quibble.
