The Pumpin' Pal Super Shield Plus is an innovative breast shield to use with any type or brand of breast pump. Its special design will eliminate the constriction of milk ducts, reduces irritation to the nipple area and promotes better flow. The design is tapered and doesn't have a harsh or damaging ring at the base of the nipple.
When using the Pumpin' Pal Super Shields Plus, you will be able to sit back in a more comfortable, natural position while pumping because of the angled breast pumping flanges. They can also be used with hands-free systems!
Pumpin' Pal Super Shields Plus are available in 3 sizes. Depending on skin elasticity, areola size, etc, different mums wearing the same bra size and having the same nipple diameter may find different sizes of Super Shields to be most comfortable. Many mums with very pliable/elastic breasts prefer a relatively smaller size; mums with very firm breasts often prefer a relatively larger size. Ordering 2 sizes will be utilised by mums needing two different sizes depending on the time of day and fullness of breasts. If you order a single pair, please choose the smaller of the two sizes recommended. Give us a call and we can help you choose the right size for your breasts.
Super Shields are Bisphenol A (BPA) Free and made with medical grade Polypropylene. Steam sterilizer safe! Compatible with all leading brands of breastpumps, including Hygeia, Ameda, Medela, Avent and more.

Many larger-breasted women whose nipples measure in the 23-29 mm range find they are more comfortable and produce more milk when using our Large Super Shield. The same is true for our X-Large as well. As with any flange fitting, watching a mum pump is the most effective way to correctly size our Super Shield, regardless of nipple diameter.
