*If an order is very heavy we might have to charge more to cover the costs of the delivery. We will get in touch with you if this is the case.
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours and are normally delivered by An Post within 2 working days (Ireland only – see table above for other estimated delivery times and charges). For cheque orders, please allow 7 working days to allow for bank clearance.

Payment Methods
1. We can take Visa, Mastercard or Laser payments through our secure credit card processing system hosted by Realex.
2. We can take Visa, Mastercard or Laser payments over the phone.
3. You can post us a cheque or postal order.
4. We can take payment through Paypal. Please email or phone us to arrange this with you. This can be useful if you are finding it difficult to place your order using our checkout facility for whatever reason.
Returns Policy
1. Refund: Unused, unwashed products in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Underwear is not returnable. Please ensure that all original tags are left on garments.
2. Sale Items can be exchanged or Store Credit can be issued.
3. Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. Sorry, but we cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our P+P back out to you is free.
4. Be sure to include your name, order number with your return or exchange for prompt processing.
5. In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacture of your product we will replace the item or reimburse you in full, including return carriage without quibble.
